Canine Conditioning Wavier
About Siny Tsang:
I am a certified Canine Massage Therapist (Rocky Mountain School of Animal Acupressure & Massage), specializing in Trigger Point Massage therapy (Canis Bodyworks; Ken Bain, LMT/MTI) and Canine Fascial Lines Balancing therapy. I am also a certified Small Animal Acupressure Practitioner (Tallgrass Animal Acupressure North America), and a Certified Professional Canine Fitness Trainer (CPCFT; Dr. Deborah Torraca).
Canine Fitness & Conditioning
My canine fitness & conditioning classes are designed to educate students so they can engage in safe and effective fitness and conditioning exercises with their dogs. We focus on understanding the different elements of canine conditioning, and how they are related to posture, movement, function, performance, and work. Specific exercises are introduced, with strong emphasis on safety, form, and customized to the unique conformation, needs, and goals of each dog. Students are encouraged to consider varying aspects of canine conditioning, instead of following cookie-cutter pre-specified exercise executions or conditioning programs.
Benefits and Limitations
My goals are to provide canine fitness and conditioning services which are complementary to regular veterinary care, continued strengthening after completing rehabilitative programs, and/or maintenance conditioning to support each dog's daily activities and/or specific needs for performance and/or work.
I am not a veterinarian, and I do not make diagnosis or treat injuries/illnesses. When concerns are noted, clients will be directed to seek appropriate care from their veterinarian care team. Dogs who seek our canine conditioning services after known injury or illness within the six months must provide veterinarian clearance.
