Trigger Point Massage Wavier
About Siny Tsang:
I am a certified Canine Massage Therapist (Rocky Mountain School of Animal Acupressure & Massage), specializing in Trigger Point Massage therapy (Canis Bodyworks; Ken Bain, LMT/MTI), certified Small Animal Acupressure Practitioner (Tallgrass Animal Acupressure North America), and a Certified Professional Canine Fitness Trainer (CPCFT; Dr. Deborah Torraca).
Trigger Point & Massage Therapy
My trigger point and massage therapy sessions are tailored to the specific needs of each animal. The duration and the extent of the bodywork will depend on the feedback of each animal at the time of the session, as well as the timing of the session (e.g., pre- vs. post-run). Canine trigger point and massage therapy does not replace veterinarian care; rather it is meant to be complementary to veterinarian medicine to promote the dog’s well-being.
Benefits and Limitations
My goal is to provide trigger point and massage therapy to animals that are complementary to regular veterinary care. Trigger point and massage therapy sessions at dog shows aim to address soft tissue concerns to improve range of motion and promote circulation, with the potential to improve performance and help with recovery after activities.
I am not a veterinarian, and I do not make diagnosis or treat injuries/illnesses. When concerns are noted, clients will be directed to seek appropriate care from their veterinarian care team.
